POSITION OBJECTIVE
Hunt / Farm accounts to engineer digital interventions / transformation programs through a unique approach
Create, position, anchor and execute Platformation GTM & digital consulting propositions
Ideally 15 years of consultative sales experience with prior stints in large/boutique consulting firms, consulting businesses of large or mid-segment SIs
HIGH LEVEL KRAS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Hunt new accounts across focus verticals through consultative selling and unique positioning of Sonata's digital transformation approach
Engineer & own the 'seed to consulting sales cycle' of the digital offering & value proposition
Farm existing accounts to qualify digital propensity and engineer opportunities - through collaboration with Account execs and other competencies
Carry consulting sales /revenue targets accordingly
Build strong mindshare with CXO's in existing and target accounts to foster their digital journey across a multi-year timeframe
Lead & anchor customer diagnostic & assessment workshops towards tangible programs & downstream engagements
Execute a Go-to-market for digital transformation through platform based business models
Adopt Design Thinking, develop and package best practices that differentiates Sonata in the customer & market ecosystem
Engage & map with market analysts & influencer ecosystem
Consult and collaborate with a cross functional team including customer, external partner ecosystem and internal stakeholders
Must Haves
• Top notch & excellent communication skills for consultative sales, strategic pursuits & building consensus across stakeholders
• Strong consulting experience in digital, Business-IT alignment & Technology
• Need to have an executive disposition and gravitas to engage customer C-suite and top management
• Advisory, leadership & facilitation skills are a must
• Ability to bring connects to the table & engineer winning partnerships will be a critical success factor
• Good to have focus/experience breadth across retail & distribution, travel, ISV industry segments
EDUCATION:
Engineering/MS and/or MBA
