Client Services Executive -  Cloud & Infrastructure
  
Our client a global IT outsourcing company is looking for a Client Service Executive (CSE) is responsible for technical business development and pre-sales solution engagement in the focus area of Cloud & Infrastructure services. Working with predominantly existing customers and some key prospects, the role entails overseeing account relationships into key set of focus customers alongside Client Partners, pursuit management of Cloud & Infrastructure opportunities, Account /sector specific strategies as required and working closely with the enabling solution team to provide a credible and quality response to client's requirements.
 
Cloud & Infrastructure Services is part of their Digital Systems & Technology group. They provide Cloud & Infrastructure transformation services to Enterprise clients across industry verticals, covering the full services portfolio across Cloud Infrastructure Services, SDX:XaaS, Digital Workplace, Edge to Core, Consulting and Platforms/ Industry Cloud.   
 
Summary Responsibilities:
• Technical business development working actively with Client Partners and vertical sales executives to manage key account relationships and win Cloud & Infrastructure business; with a focus on medium (10-25M+ TCV) to large (25-50M+) transformation deals and maximizing revenue and profits
• Proactively educate, generate interest and demand for Cognizant's  Infrastructure & Cloud services in the chosen portfolio
• Build, develop and maintain relationships at all levels within your accounts and work alongwith respective Client Partner and other team members through the pursuit lifecycle covering deal qualification and business case, sales strategy and win plan, solution proposition & presentation and a delivery approach that will meet client's desired outcomes
• Specifically, within the pursuit process, lead the technical requirements conversations, solution/proposal, support the pricing/commercial discussions and direct all phases of a pursuit cycle while managing, motivating and leading teams
 
Key Skills and Experience:
 
• Robust experience of leading Outsourcing pursuits specifically in the Cloud & Infrastructure arena
• Technical leadership qualities to lead or facilitate solution design, service requirements and other technical conversations with  IT leadership
• Ability to network with 'C' level and senior client executives with a focus to move from tactical and transactional projects to transformational partnership engagements;
• Commercial awareness to understand client's business case, price driver and align it to solution costs and value proposition
• Experience of working in a global delivery model with geographically dispersed solution teams will be desirable
• Subject knowledge to a reasonable extent in one or more areas of Cloud & Infrastructure Outsourcing services
• Prior practitioner experience through transition or delivery of such outsourcing services would be a plus
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Motivated, self-starter who does not require significant oversight and daily direction would be a plus
• Ability to forge relationships both within and external to organization including clients, partners and team members both in person and virtual;.
